Redbank Sunday Morning Pinot Noir 2021

TASTING NOTES
Soft red in color, this Pinot Noir shows aromas of fresh strawberries, red fruits, and dark cherries. Its palate is fresh and lively although it has a fuller body than most Pinot Noirs. It displays hints of red fruit and spices and finishes with soft tannins.

WINEMAKING
This Pinot Noir has spent a minimum of 28 days on skins post-fermentation and small batch parcels are fermented on stalks for complexity. It does not spend any time in oak, which provides a fresh, vibrant, and fruit driven wine.
