Redbank Sunday Morning Chardonnay 2022

TASTING NOTES
Ripe melons, apples, stone fruit, and citrus dominate the palate. A creamy vanillin mouth feel is balanced by crisp acidity and a long, textured finish. Aromas of lemon, lime, and ripe stone fruits with hints of white peach.

WINEMAKING
Our King Valley Chardonnay is harvested at night and then gently pressed producing pristine fruit expression. Partial barrel fermentation in new French barriques, extended maturation with lees; stirring adds further complexity. Then blended with an unoaked parcel of the same Chardonnay to balance out the palate and create a delicate acid line.
