Cuvee Blanc is a white wine blend consisting of unique grape varieties grown in the Sierra Foothills AVA. 2021 vintage expresses a perfect fresh Mediterranean white wine, where the bright acidity balances the natural fruitiness, leading with a tense interplay of green apple and pineapple, nervy and tropical all at once, with mouthwatering acidity reminiscent of white peach.
