Red young wine, 100 % Syrah,14 % ABV

From the heart of the warm fields of Jumilla, the fruit of our winegrowers’ sacrifice emerges amongst limy soils. Year after year, under the sunrise, their careful work provides the best bunches of Syrah grapes.

ELABORATION
BSI is working with varietals like Syrah, which has perfectly adapted to the climate and soil of Jumilla area, a privileged terroir where this variety produces strong and aromatic grapes. Numun Syrah is elaborated from carefully selected Syrah grapes harvested during the night. The maceration phase is long to obtain this grape variety's characteristic aromas and color. Then it is bottled where all the aromas are conjugated.

TASTING NOTES
Intense color wine. Purple tones, really attractive. High-intensity aroma of red fruits and blackberry or raspberry and flower aroma of lilac and violets. The in-mouth is soft, sweet, and full-bodied—pleasant velvety sensations.

GOURMET NOTES
All kinds of paellas: meat and vegetables, seafood, snacks, vegetables, tapas, pastas, pizzas, cheese, cured pork meats and roast chicken.
