Tasting Notes
The color is of a soft red nature. With a playful aroma of fresh strawberries, red fruits and dark cherries. The flavor is rich in hints of red fruit, and spices, culminating with soft tannins over the palate. Best served with creamy brie cheese, light meaty pastas, and even freshly roasted turkey.
Production Notes
This Pinot Noir has spent an extended time on skins and small batch parcels are fermented on stalks for complexity. 40% spends 6 months in new, French oak which produces an outstanding wine for all occasions.
