Color: Garnet with a deep concentrated core.

Aroma: Complex aroma profile with black olive, black currant, choc mint Cabernet aromas, amalgamated with raspberry and plum Shiraz notes. Subtle wafts of coconut, nougat, nutmeg, and cinnamon play a secondary role.

Palate: Sweet and concentrated core of red and black fruits of raspberry, black cherry, and plum. The Shiraz provides fruit generosity and mid-palate richness, whilst the Cabernet provides the framework and structure enveloping the fruit core. Subtle fine-grain tannins add a further level of intensity and length of flavor. This Classic blend of estate-grown Barossa Valley Cabernet and Shiraz pays homage to the “Great Australian Red”.
